<条件/詳細>
■Work Schedule: 9:00 – 17:00 (*1Hランチ、Mon – Fri)

■Responsibilities:
• Assist the corporate sales co-worker in sales
• Handle phone/email inquiries
• Assist potential and existing customers in application/cancellation process and trouble shooting by phone/email
• Manage device and accessory inventories
• Activate/cancel/update various services, using the administration system
• Inspect and configure devices to customer requirements
• Arrange packing and shipping devices to customers
• Work with technical support team and billing team to address customer questions and issues
• Periodically compile and report on sales statistics
• Assist the Corporate Sales team in creating documentation (manuals, marketing materials, reports, etc.) as necessary
• Conduct other routine tasks instructed by supervisors of the Corporate Sales team
• Assist the Corporate Sales team in addressing customer inquiries and issues
• Other duties as assigned
■Qualifications:
• 3 years of experience in the technology industry in sales customer support
• Business level communication skills both in English and Japanese
• Advanced Japanese oral and written communication skills
• Native-level communication skills (email and phone) in Japanese
• Business-level English skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Customer service experience a plus, but not necessary
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
