Job Information


Mainly to deal with administrative affairs in the office.
To provide assistance for expatriate employees when needed. Especially, we expect you to give us language support.


1)Mainly administrative affairs
Handling expenses
Paying for invoices by check and sending them to vendors.
Reporting the amount of total expenses periodically by each expense item.
Filing documents and organizing them
Answering calls and visitors.
Serving tea or coffee etc. for our visitors.

2)Assistance for expatriate employees learning English
Communicating actively and positively so that we can improve English conversation skills.
Teaching us proper English.
Research and Report
Collecting information about local things such as industry, politics, culture, life, financial market, regulation, economy, and thing like that.
Organizing them and writing reports to Japan.
Generating documents to other companies and financial authorities.
Correcting English on paper we write.

◆ Experience/Minimum Qualification Needed
(Language Skills)
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and/or government regulations in English.

(Mathematical Skills)
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

(Other Required Skills)
Must be tactful, mature and flexible.
Must be able to use a computer and such applications as Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals in English.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from Officers, Staff, clients, and the general public in English.
Positive stance to try to understand what expatriates speak in English and correct mistakes

◆ Education
Academic degree of four-year or two-year collages.
Working experience in Japanese companies or companies in Japan.
Studying or staying experience in Japan more than two months, if not for working experience
