●HR Responsibilities
Conduct daily HR activity while managing the department
Basic document filing: File and keep HR related documents such as W-2.
Payroll Administration: Approximately 150 employees
Medical Insurance: Apply, enroll handle the case accordingly
401k, Profit sharing: Handle the case accordingly
Employee benefit management: Handle the case accordingly
Recruitment: Recruiting new employees, handling immigration matters including visa applications.
Company Insurance: Handle related activities or accidents.
Worker’s compensation: Handle related activities or accidents.
Warehouse Union relationship: Taking vital role in contract and handling the case where there are issues
Unemployment: Handle the cases
Employee relations: Have healthy relationship with every employees
Employee Handbook: Review and renew employee handbook and implement HR policies.
Job Description: Review and keep job description for all departments up to date.

Employee evaluation: Develop and implement employee evaluation guideline
Compensation Policy: Develop compensation policy with management
●Office Administration
Oversee and coordinate office activities and operations with administration team.
