<Working time> Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM (Lunch time/ non paid)
<Summary:>
Under the guidance of the Assistant Sales Manager, the Sales Support Admin supports the sales team by providing them the assistance that allows them to focus their efforts on selling.
<Essential> Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
•
Issue sales order and invoice and send the confirmation.
•
Communicate with logistics about customer shipment schedule (ETA/ETD) and inform the customer.
•
File sales documentation daily to ensure traceability (SO, Invoice, CM, Debit Memo, Other)
•
Monitor inventory level on products and arrange transfer products along with sales plan.
•
Weekly and monthly sales updates (Closing, CM Report, Collection Report, etc.)
•
Communicate with other departments (Logistics, Production, QC)
•
Support making sales samples and preparing promotional material.
•
Analysis and create Sales data.
•
Prepare for Sales-related meetings (book a room, help prepare samples and documents, prepare tea, etc.)
•
Answer phone calls
•
Create or update SOP.
•
Additional duties as assigned
<Qualifications and skills include:>
•
Associate degree or higher
•
Working knowledge of MS Office software – Especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated effective communication skills (verbal, written), and interpersonal skills
•
Good organizational ability; must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously; strong attention to detail; excellent time management skills and good flexibility to adapt to changing needs
