We are looking for an agency temp position for RISK/COMPLIANCE/HR and EXECUTIVE SECRETARY as follows:
Duties:
– Corporate risk control
– Compliance management
– Contract management
– Human resources
– Some secretarial duties for corporate executive
Qualifications:
– Min. 2 years of compliance experience such as
o Workers compensation
o Affordable care act
o Americans with disability act
o Anti-money laundering
o Know your customer
o Office of foreign asset control
o Export control
o Corporate ethics
– Or, min. 2 years of corporate risk control operations such as
o Internal control
o Fraud prevention, detection, correction
o External audit
o Internal audit
o Governance
Required education:
– BA in accounting, finance, law, business
Big plus:
– Master’s degree(s) in any field
– Accounting or finance background / experience
– Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, CRMA, insurance broker license
– Insurance brokerage experience
– Human resource experience
– Contract management such as contract drafting / review
– Consulting industry experience
– Knowledge of IT services
– Native level Japanese
