★We are looking for new purchasing agent for non food. Non Food means knives, ceramicwares, sushi chefs utensils etc.
◆Job Title: PURCHASER (Non-Food)
◆Department: Purchasing Department
◆Exempt Status: Exempt
◆Position Status: Full time
◆Responsibilities
・Monitoring stock levels and identifying purchasing needs for oversea and/or local supplier
・Prepare Sales Meeting documents (price change, temp out etc.)
・Return product quality validation (small kitchen equipment etc)
・Make sure if received products have accurate information, including M3 and duty etc.
・Make Estimate to sales team
・New Stock number arrangement
・Check Invoice, Credit, Debit from TKBK and timely forward to A/P div.
◆Work Requirements
• Good at working as a team
• Communication /Negotiation skill with supplier
• Projects as needed
◆Qualifications
• Knowledge of culinary industry
• Microsoft Office
◆Preferences
・Fluent in English and Japanese.
