<Job Description>

◆Title: Logistics (Export/Import) and Administration Assistant

◆Requirement:
Experience of Shipping, Export/Import
Speak/write Japanese, Speak/Write English
Entry Level or 1 to 2 years experience.

◆Task of job: 1) Arrange the shipment for the company’s lighting products. Prepare a shipping invoice/packing list. Prepare necessary
documents for DHL, FEDEX or UPS shipment.
2) Receive the products from HK/JAPAN, and unpack/repack the products. Inspection products and label products
stickers with others.
3) Order packing materials through internet.
4) Check bills amount and enter the data to the company’s system about the shipment.
5) Coordinate and communicate with the company’s Tokyo and Hong Kong office about the shipment.
6) Announce to the company’s team & clients about the shipment. (e.g.: Let them know about tracking numbers)
7) Order office supplies.
8) Assist office administration work up on request.

◆Work day/time: 3 or 4 days a week. (Part time work), from 9am to 6pm (except 1 hour lunch)

◆Starting salary: $15 ~ $18 per hour, based on an experience.
 ※ Requirement for 3 months probation. ($15 per hour during probation.)
