◆9 AM – 5 PM Mon to Fri, Evening time if requested approximately once a month
Assist Manager with administrative and sales assistance duties in Investment Unit.
＜Job Details & Responsibilities＞
* Property data entry and update using Excel and CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
* Interact with other divisions.
* Communicate with customers when needed.
* Create flyer which contains property information (picture, pricing, tax related, etc.) using PowerPoint.
* Assist our related company such as sales data update using Excel.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* Business level in Japanese and English in both oral and written.
* Work experience in real estate industry or/and as a Sales Assistant (It is only a preference and not a must)
* Able to work in the evening hours (approx. 7 PM – 9 PM EST) to attend the virtual meeting in Japan when needed.
