Position Tittle: Insurance Administrator
Division / Location: NY Headquarters
Employment Status: Full time (Direct Hire)
Base Salary: 45K～50K (Depending upon experience)
Schedule: Mon- Fri, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Total 35 hr / week)
Insurance Administrative Assistant provides vital back-office support to Insurance Account Manager (Licensed Insurance Agent) and the team.
• Insurance Administrative Assistant assists our insurance Account Manager ( Licensed Insurance Agent) with the following duties:
* Responding to a large volume of email both in Japanese and English. Under license
* Fill out insurance form templates to be send to customers
*Creating and material for meetings
* Updating and maintaining information on the system and Excel sheet, files and etc.
The company will support obtain a license for Insurance Agent (Class and Exam)
• Language skills level: Japanese(Fluent), English(business)
• Minimum one year work experience in a corporate environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with accuracy
• High level of internet and data management competency.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office ( Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Capability of learning computer systems and programs
• Strong team player
