Position Tittle: Insurance Administrator
Employment Status: Full-time ( Non-Exempt)
Base Salary: 40-43K (Negotiable)
* with P&C ( Property & Casualty) Insurance license , Starting minimum 45K~ ( Depend on experience)
Work Schedule: Mon – Fri, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

*We are seeking candidates who are willing to obtain an insurance license within a year from the day you are hired.
The company will support your classes and exams.

Job Description

• Insurance Administrative Assistant provides vital back-office support to Insurance Account Manager (Licensed Insurance Agent) and the team.
• Insurance Administrative Assistant assists our insurance Account Manager ( Licensed Insurance Agent) with the following duties:
* Responding to a large volume of email both in Japanese and English. Under license
Holder’s supervision
* Fill out insurance form templates to be send to customers
*Creating and material for meetings
* Updating and maintaining information on the system and Excel sheet, files and etc.

• Language skills level: Japanese(native), English(business)
• Minimum one year work experience in a corporate environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with accuracy
• High level of internet and data management competency.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office ( Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Capability of learning computer systems and programs
• Strong team player
