◆Position: full time (or 4-day part time) office clerk for its HR/GA team.

◆Title: HR & GA administrator assistant

◆Days/Hours:
Full Time at 5 days/week (Monday – Friday) X 7.50 working hours/day (9:30am -6pm, including one hour unpaid lunch)
OR
Part Time at 4 days/week (Monday – Friday) X 7.00 working hours/day (9:30am -5:30pm, including one hour unpaid lunch)

◆Language: close to native Level Japanese & business level English

◆(must)Working Skills: PC skills with MS-Excel & Word; & Telephone/Online communication skills

◆Other Requirements:
Detail Oriented; & (at least) One (1) year of working experience in HR/GA field

◆hourly wage:
Full Time at $21 – 23/working hour
Part Time at $20 – 21/working hour

◆General Position Summary :
THE HR functions (60%) of this position provide the necessary support and input to ensure that the HR function is well run and the company’s HR needs are adequately met, for an effective HR management of THE COMPANY Headquarters. It handles the day-to-day tasks of the HR/GA Team of HQ and supports a wide range of HR activities including general administrative HR duties, recruitment and employee development, employee database management, payroll and benefits, employee liaison and the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
THE GA functions (40%) of the position performs certain office administration jobs for an effective GA management of THE COMPANY Headquarters. It handles the day-to-day tasks of the HR/GA Team of HQ and supports a wide range of GA activities including general administrative GA duties, offices/stores supply orders and the pricings, leasing contracts, coordinating with on-site managers for store maintenance projects/tasks, phone lines and mobile phones, etc.
