◆雇用形態:Up Recruitersからの派遣。Period:3 months and after month to month (up to 6 months)

◆Title : Temp Staff/HR Department administrative assistant
◆Location : Manhattan or Staten island, NY
◆Job Description:
★HR tasks: 90%
• Mange and coordinate payroll processing and 401(k) administration.
• Participate new hire orientation and explain the Employee Hand book and health insurance benefits
• Coordinate employee training and development programs with the supervisor
• Distributing the parent company notice/ handout materials to Expat and Local Employees
• Handling employee enrollment,change and cancellation to the company sponsored health and insurance benefit plan and plan annual renewal.
• Handling recruiting procedure including but not limited to background check and reference checks for potential new hire candidates.
• Coordinate all internal recruiting activities.
• Support generatingEEO-1 report annually
• Administering internal documents for approval
• Assist subsidiary entity as the regional headquarter
• Arrangement for the greeting cards and party
• Arrangement for the business name card
• Procuring and maintaining office supplies (stationery, pantry supplies)
• Visa support of Local and expat employee
• Provide backup function for other HR employees.
• Other HR related tasks requested by the manager of HR department

★Executive Secretary tasks: 10%
• Schedule the management
• Incoming phone call screening
• Business trip arrangement
• Arrangement of business lunch/dinner meeting
• Organizing meeting documents
• Visitor support
• Management of listing of greeting card recipients
• Recording list of visitor information (name, company, title, date and time)
• Other tasks requested by the member of the department

◆Qualification / Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2. At least 2 years of experience as HR associate
3. Prefer at least 2 years of experience in a corporation with over 200employees
4. Ideal to have experience working for a Japanese corporation/environment
5. Exposure to Japanese language and culture

1. Strongly prefer exposure to Japanese corporate culture
2. Must be able to communicate with employees of all levels
3. Must be proficient to operate business office software, such as MS-Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
