(Job Summary)
Responsibilities include arranging executives’ schedules and managing administrative duties. This job will be also required to support an arrangement for various delegations from Japan to NY and Washington D.C. and do other general clerical work.

(Requirements)
• BA or higher degree
• Requires the capability of dealing with large quantities of work accurately, interpersonal and bilingual communication skills (English/Japanese), ability to thrive in multi-cultural setting, excellent computer skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

(Annual Salary)
Approx. $41,000+ Discretionary Bonus
(Work Hour)
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00PM (including 1 hour lunch break), 35 Hours /week
