<Responsibilities>
・Order Entry / Customer support
Entering customer orders.
Supporting customers for Delivery appointment, products inquiry, technical issue
they may have etc.
・Coordinate Shipments with understanding shipping regulations, Tariff etc
・Inventory
Maintain S2K inventory level into Big Commerce / Shopify inventory.
・AR
Collecting payment from Customer pior to shipment
Working with A/R team to settle disputes, charge back or fraud.
・Development & Promoting
Continuously find ways to improve and stay up to date with E-commerce trends.
Researching and being aware of our competitors’ websites, selling styles, strengths and weaknesses.
Being involved in weekly meetings, actively communicating with management about
department needs and implementations.

• Good understanding of E-Commerce platform
• Good customer management skill
• Projects as needed
<Qualifications>
• Knowledge of culinary industry
• Microsoft Office
