Supports marketing operations by editing, formatting, and reporting information and materials. Coordinates and assists with the marketing activities of a product or business line to increase the company’s brand fans in the US. Uses simple marketing strategies and media (e.g., print, digital, customer events and trade shows) to launch and position products and services. Marketing Assistant responsibilities include assisting in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies. This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing duties and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company’s EC business.

<Essential Functions>
• Teamwork Oriented
• Becomes familiar with product information understanding features and benefits of our product
• Reaches out to media, bloggers, as well as marketing agents to promote the company’s products
• Uses marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
• Writes marketing literature (presentation materials, brochures, press releases etc.) to augment the company’s presence in the market
• Supports brand presentations by videos, slide shows, demonstration and product catalog; competitor analyses
• Composes and posts online content on the company’s website (and Online Store) and social media accounts

• Assists in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
• Suggests marketing and promotional plans to the supervisor
• Follows up with customer concerns and claims, assists in trouble shooting
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities

• A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
• A minimum of 0-2 years of related experience
◆Communication Skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management
◆Other Skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications
• Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment
• Ability to work well with all levels of management, build partnerships with the teams
• Ability to anticipate and solve problems, make quick decisions, and overcome hardships
