◆Position Title: Customer Support Representative
◆Employment Status: Full-time
◆Pay: $42K/Yr-$45K/Yr (Depending upon experience)
◆Work Schedule: Mon – Fri, 9:00 a.m. – 5 p.m. (Total 35 hours / week)
• Perform duties that will support other team members. This includes communicating with vendors, land owners and tenants.
• Visiting properties
• Manage and organize client’s information and information the properties.
• Assist with back office, such as date input, file management and miscellaneous duties.
• Language skills level: Japanese(Fluent), English(business)
• Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and strong attention to detail.
• Work experience with sales assistant position.
• Strong team player.
• At least 1-2 years of work experience in a corporate environment.
• Experience working with a Japanese company is plus.
