<Position> Customer Service/Warehouse office clerk
★Customer Service/Warehouse office clerk for electronics manufacturer & distributor located in Mahwah, New Jersey. The candidate will work on receiving and repair order entry, back up for warehouse packing/processing. Other duties will include; count/check inventory, back up export order processing.
In-house training will be provided.
<Responsibilities >
– Primary Receiving entry and Primary Repair order entry.
– Assist Control Manager on instructions given by Control Manager.
– Back up every order entry to ERP system.
For example, included of Demo Loan order, Purchasing order and order invoicing.
– Back up Warehouse packing/processing and Count/check inventory.
<Qualifications>
– Basic Excel and Adobe experience.
– Be able to lift at least 30+ lbs
– Basic computer skills to process repairs and order entry.
<Remuneration>
– Hourly wage: $23.1-$24.9 (Estimated Base Salary: $40-43K)
– Working hour: 7 hours (From 9:00am to 5:00pm except 0:00pm to 1:00pm for Lunch)
– Holiday: 14 national holidays a year based on company policies
