◆Position : Customer Service, Senior assistant (正社員募集）
◆仕事内容：Customer service(Logistics coordinator/Import Export/Order Process)
(1) Receive a P/O from customers and issue a P/O to suppliers
(2) Receive an invoice from suppliers and issue an invoice to customers
(3) Receive a shipping schedule from suppliers and inform customers of the schedule
(4) Place a release order to warehouses
(5) Instruct a delivery to warehouses
(6) Issue documents, Bill of Lading, CoA, packing list to customers
(7) Monitor account receivable against credit line
(8) Communicate with customers, suppliers, forwarders, truckers and warehouses about the shipping status in a timely manner.
(9) Input above mentioned data into our computer system
(10) Manage inventory including entry of data into system and correction of discrepancy between book and physical.
(11) Coordinate export and import documentation and customs
(12) Other Administrative affairs
◆Desired condition ：
1) Experience/Background : Preferable more than 2 years office work related to B to B business at a manufacturer or a logistics company
Or have equivalent and transferable experience and skill which is for example handling a lot of inventory data by excel.
2) Language : English native
3) IT : Microsoft office（Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook）.
4) Salary : 35K – 55K depending on experience and skill
5) Competency : Export-Import trading knowledge, multi-task worker, high communication skill,
