Position Title: Administrator of Corporate Planning Division
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm
Employment Status: Full-time, Non-exempt,
The administrator support Corporate Planning manager and perform administrative and management tasks to ensure that staff can work efficiently and effectively. The duties of the administrator include liaison of not only HQ and Branches but also U.S. HQ and the parent company in Japan, supporting the communications, allocating work assignments, providing administrative support for operation team, scheduling meetings, setting deadlines, training employees, and formulating and implementing company policies. Strong multitasking skills required, also he/she needs to have good decision-making abilities and interpersonal and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree required. 3+ year experience in an organization and office setting.
Common degrees or areas pf study include business administration and office management preferred.
She/he must have strong multitasking abilities.
Good interpersonal and communication skill are necessary.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Also computer related skills, especially strong MS office Excel(ex: pivot table,,) and PPT, are MUST.
