Support AM(Asset Management) accounting and Account Management teams.
Collects invoices from all management properties and fill out the information into the AM accounting form. In case the invoice has not been received, the person is in charge to contact the management company and get the documents. in addition, they charged the owner any unexpected expense, the person needs to find out what it is and negotiate to wave if necessary.
The administrator should be highly organized, details oriented and able to multitask with ease. The administrator needs to be a good team worker. The Administrator’s main tasks include communicating with not only the other division’s PM(Property Management) members also building management companies about the charges, invoices and announcements, booking the management fee’s invoice into the format for Accounting team, supporting accounting team to make payments in timely manner for our clients.
