(Positon) Associate, General Affairs and Accounting Department
(Job Summary)
Responsibilities include: Assisting Director of General Affairs and Accounting in general a) Preparing and reviewing employee’s benefit plan documents for U.S. offices b) Maintaining internal IT equipment and infrastructure (i.e. PCs, Copy Machine and Servers) by working with external vendors c) Filing
(Requirements)
Requires the capability of dealing with large quantities of work accurately, interpersonal and bilingual communication skills (English/Japanese), ability to thrive in multi-cultural setting, excellent computer skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
(Work Hour)
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00PM (including 1 hour lunch break), 35 Hours /week
