◆Position Title: Administration and Sales Assistant
◆Division/Office: Hawaii Office
◆Employment Status: Part time (Direct Hire)
◆wage: $14.00 (Depending upon experience)
◆Work Schedule: Mon – Fri, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (35 hrs. / Week)
• Upload listings to Craig’s list
• Credit check of tenant (Input information in Equifax, take landlord reference)
• Draft lease, and repair move in documentation.
• Repair arrangement of PM properties( Communicate with tenant, and arrange repairman)
• Accounting ( invoicing, payment, tax return)
• Issue statement to the owners.
• Filling of purchase deals related to AM and Investment division.
• Photo taking of listings.
• Basic skills for Microsoft Word, Excel.
• Must have moderate level of internet and date management competency.
• Must have strong communication skills written and verbal both in English(Fluent) and Japanese (Conversation level)
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
• Must be able to work with and respond to clients promptly.
• Hardworking, ability to multi-task, prioritize and strong attention to detail.
• Education history or work experience in the U.S. is a plus.
