◆Job Details & Responsibilities：
Client (mostly expats from Japan) support, relationship support between client and landlord, utility set up support, move-in (answer questions from the clients including American culture and business custom [such as the norm of the communication with landlords], create letter to the landlord when something is broken, etc.) and move-out support (explain the move-out process. Move-out notice. Utility cancellation notice, etc.). Explain and assist the rental renewal process. 赴任者サポート。公共料金のセットアップサポート。入居期間中の相談窓口。（アメリカ文化と商習慣を含む）（大家宛の英文レターを赴任者に代わって作成する。[例：住まいの何かが壊れた時の英文レター] 賃貸物件の契約更新・退去の流れを説明する。解約通知関連業務。公共料金解約通知関連業務。毎日シカゴオフィスに通勤出来る方。
◆Requirements：
Basic computer skill, business level Japanese and English, commute to Chicago Office every working day
