<募集ポジション:総務 Assistant/Non-Exempt>
❖ Job Summary/駐在員事務所での総務アドミ業務全般を担当
To perform a variety of responsible, confidential, and complex administrative and secretarial tasks and duties. Ensures the efficient operation of the office. This position is also responsible for computer support, copying, filing, mailing and other clerical duties to support other staff in a well-organized office environment.
勤務時間:9時AM - 5時PM ※残業なし
給与:時給$19/H *approximately $34.5K/Yr

言語:日本語、英語はしっかり出来る必要あり。日本語のレポート作成、社内文章の英訳などもあり
PCスキル:Microsoft office 中級レベル
❖ Minimum Qualifications
Ability to maintain a good working relationship with clients, consultants, employees and management team
Bilingual Capability in English and Japanese
2 year associate degree in liberal arts or business field
Minimum 1 year working experience as administrative assistant
Ability to accurately type 50 words per minute
Ability to lift and carry up to one 25 lbs. box.
❖ Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese are required
Ability to handle multi-tasking, prioritizing, working under pressure and meet requested deadlines is required
Shows adaptability to work in a multi-cultural team environment
Demonstrated record of good work attendance and reliability
Ability to handle unexpected interruptions and reorganizations to focus on tasks throughout the day
MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) software skills for daily business operations
