Title : 総務 Assistant Manager (Non-Exempt)
Location: New York, NY
General Affaires Activities, but not limited to the followings;
• Internal Rules and Policy development with regard to Administration
• Official corporate documents management support
• Internal Forms circulation
• Business Trip arrangement for internal/external staff member including transportation and accommodation
• Office Furniture and Cabinet maintenance
• Office lease Equipment’s maintenance
• Business Insurance Program’s management (General Insurance, Cyber Insurance etc.)
• Management and control of office entrance keys
• Newly-hired Employee Orientation for internal procedures
• Company car management and maintenance
• Purchasing office supplies and payment
• Corporate credit card control and card payment
• Preparation and assistance for an internal operational audit by the parent company
• Head Quarter office floor management
• Other tasks and actives required by GA/HR members

Qualification / Requirements:
• Must have basic PC Skills (e-mail, word, excel, power point)
• Ability to communicate in strong Japanese and in English, orally and in writing
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Ability to provide service with courtesy to all employees
• Experience and knowledge of GA and secretarial related activities are desired.

Other Information:
• Salary Range: $40,000 -$42,000
• Regular hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am –5:00pm
• Start Date: Immediately (Introductory period during initial90 days)
