◆Temp to Perm 切替での雇用 (*Temp雇用期間は3ヶ月間を予定)

◆勤務Regular Work schedule: from Monday to Friday, 9:00AM-5:30PM (1hour unpaid lunch含む)
◆日本語、英語バイリンガル。お仕事を細かくこなして、Multi-Taskingを率先、またアドミ業務も問題のない方。
<Operational Associate Job Description>
◆Provides Operational Work:
by assisting the managers according to the managers’ instruction, and directly reporting to designated manager in English or Japanese;
by creating/updating various internal approval documents, sales presentation material, sales contracts, etc. in English and Japanese;
by contacting the clients, banks, venders, parent company (including its affiliates) in English or Japanese via emails or other appropriate measures;
by creating company rules/regulations paper and operation manuals in English based on the documents written in Japanese or non-written work flow in practice instructed by manager verbally;
by undertaking other duties as necessary.
◆Required Specialized Knowledge and experience:
– Basic understanding of sales and operational principles in financial industry.
– Operational level skills of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
– Bilingual Japanese and English speaker/writer who understands business level of both language.
– Working experience at Bank or Financial institute.
– Bachelor’s Degree.
◆Not required but Preferred Specialized Knowledge and experience:
– Basic understanding of credit analyzing methodology.
– Operational level skills of MS Access.
– Working experience at Japanese Company in the United States.
