＜SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTION＞
New Business Development in the Americas, including but not limited to
◆ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Evaluation of technology matching and market study by promoting FS(Feasibility Study) including preliminary experiments and frequent discussion with partners as well as potential customers and KOLs -Assisting decision making for joint R&D.
• Startup sourcing by using various data base, contracted venture capitals, visiting exhibitions and events, and other resources.
• Report at any update, minutes of every single meeting with partners are required.
• Co-working with headquarters Japan for finding potential collaboration partner.
• Monthly report and minutes for every single meeting, update will be required.
◆OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
• Chemical or manufacturing industry knowledge (a plus) and Japanese Language Skill (a plus).
• Business travel is required for 1-2 day every month
• Strong planning, delegation, communication and motivation skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail/Self-learning skills
• Good analytical and creative problem solving skills.
• “People person” who is confident and has a positive personality
• Strong organizational and time management skills are critical – must adhere to deadlines,
multi-task and be able to prioritize.
• Ability to work both independently, with minimum supervision, and in a team environment
• Ability to learn quickly, manage workload in a cooperative and demanding environment
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office.
