Job Details
The company is looking for experienced professionals to become part of the Research and Consulting Division. As a full time/ part time consultant, s/he will supervise projects from conception to delivery, perform primary and secondary research, interview subject matter experts, and develop business strategies and creative solutions to diverse clients in the public and private sector.
At this time, we are looking for professionals with experience in one or more of the following industries/sectors: Financial Services, Energy, Utilities, Infrastructure, Automotive, and Manufacturing services.
Job Responsibilities
• Develop compelling proposals and corresponding business plans with project leaders and managers that marry the company’s key insights to clients critical business objectives
• Engage all components of new project proposals, including new market analytics methodologies, staffing and budgets
• Conduct interviews with industry experts to analyze industry specific trends and markets, competitors and customers
• Conduct extensive primary and secondary research on industry and company analysis, including data sourcing, financial modeling, and broad due diligence
• Perform rigorous analysis to pinpoint appropriate, practical recommendations for clients
• Assist the execution of projects including developing hypotheses, managing data collection, model creation and analyses
• Interact with board-level client management and key senior stakeholders to gain an understanding of client business conditions, risks and controls
• Collaborate with team members to transform research and analysis into thoughtful insights
• Report to project leaders, managers and principals to effectively seek guidance on technical and senior-level steer to projects
• Present and communicate key findings to the client in written presentations and verbal interactions that deliver maximum impact to clients

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, for working with clients and colleagues in/out of the United States
• Natural self-direction, with the ability to operate in minimal directions

• Ability and willingness to build strong, collaborative relationships with team members and foster a productive teamwork environment.
• Self-starter with high level of energy, ability to work independently on multiple tasks with efficient time management skills
• Ability to quickly assimilate relevant information in unfamiliar situations, and communicate complex ideas effectively
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of research/consulting experience or 3+ years of related industry experience
• Undergraduate degree is required; Majors including Economics, Statistics, Business Administration are preferred
• Postgraduate education in fields related to engineering, technical or related is a plus
• Fluency in Japanese, Portuguese, or Spanish is an asset
• Willingness to travel within North America and globally, work at client sites when needed
Salary
• 80,000-(DOE) + Bonus (according to the performance)
