Job: SMS Engineer/FULL TIME EXEMPT (Staten Island, NY) ($60K/Yr)

◆Position ：SMS Engineer / FULL TIME EXEMPT

◆Job Description (Essential Job Functions)： Open and Close Trouble Tickets with a customer and vendor Monitor and maintain our AWS cloud and SMS Platform in AWS Work closely with 24/7 NOC Group for Monitoring and Troubleshooting, to avoid potential issues and outages
Troubleshoot technical issues as tier 2 technician, including on call troubleshooting Provision new connections for a customer and vendor Manage rate from vendors to keep our rating table up to date Change routing and manage customer rates to improve quality, optimize profit, and avoid loss Work closely with internal Sales and Finance teams

◆Required Qualifications/Skills： Bachelor degree in Information Technology related field of study Intermediate Knowledge of TCP/IP Protocol, Networking tools, and Cloud Networking (Especially AWS) Basic Knowledge of Messaging Service and related Protocol, as well as MySQL Database Ability to learn new and unfamiliar technologies quickly Good analytical and troubleshooting skills Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Two or three years of Experience as a network or Messaging Service tech
