◆JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales Manager, Critical Air Solutions (HVAC/R Testing, Indoor Air Quality, Industrial Hygiene)
◆Main Job Functions:
Develop sales opportunities from new and existing customer accounts
Manage THE COMPANY Critical Air Solution product sales in North America
Develop and coordinate THE COMPANY sales channel (direct-sales, distributor, and outside sales rep) in the region
◆Duties and Responsibilities
Market company’s solutions to potential client and customer group
Developing an effective pipeline of new business opportunity and customer
Lead management and proactive outbound projecting (including cold calling)
Generate sales quotes and appointments by means of lead activity management
Track and maintain customer contact and their records
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending trade shows and educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
Collaborates with THE COMPANY team members to establish a positive work environment for all
◆Qualifications
5+ year experience in sales and marketing for industrial equipment
Experience with measuring devices, sensors, or test equipment is preferable
Comprehension of selling industrial product and after-sales service
Technical abilities to understand end-user requirement
Strong communicator with end-users and distributor to build business relationship
Domestic and international (mainly Canada) travel requirements, max. 50% of working time
◆Desired Qualifications
Experience selling test and measurement devices, sensors, equipment at HVAC/R distributor or HVAC/R equipment manufacturer
Knowledge of HVAC/R equipment, facility maintenance, HVAC/R balancing, or Indoor Air Quality
