Sales Manager, Critical Air Solutions (HVAC/R Testing, Indoor Air Quality, Industrial Hygiene)

◆Main Job Functions:
 Develop sales opportunities from new and existing customer accounts
 Manage THE COMPANY Critical Air Solution product sales in North America
 Develop and coordinate THE COMPANY sales channel (direct-sales, distributor, and outside sales rep) in the region

◆Duties and Responsibilities
 Market company’s solutions to potential client and customer group
 Developing an effective pipeline of new business opportunity and customer
 Lead management and proactive outbound projecting (including cold calling)
 Generate sales quotes and appointments by means of lead activity management
 Track and maintain customer contact and their records
 Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending trade shows and educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
 Collaborates with THE COMPANY team members to establish a positive work environment for all

 5+ year experience in sales and marketing for industrial equipment
 Experience with measuring devices, sensors, or test equipment is preferable
 Comprehension of selling industrial product and after-sales service
 Technical abilities to understand end-user requirement
 Strong communicator with end-users and distributor to build business relationship
 Domestic and international (mainly Canada) travel requirements, max. 50% of working time

◆Desired Qualifications
 Experience selling test and measurement devices, sensors, equipment at HVAC/R distributor or HVAC/R equipment manufacturer
 Knowledge of HVAC/R equipment, facility maintenance, HVAC/R balancing, or Indoor Air Quality
