＜Job Description: PC Technical Support＞
1. Location: Midtown, NY
2. Working hours: Mon. – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
特記事項（Update情報）
・コロナの影響で勤務時間に変更がございます。
朝番：8:00 am – 5:00 pm
遅番：12:00 pm – 8:00 pm ※朝番、遅番は、週ごとで交代。
・オフィス勤務は週1〜2回となっており、
その他の日は在宅勤務となります。今後の状況次第ですが、
オフィス勤務の頻度の変更の可能性もございます
3. Operation
a) Technical Support for PCs, printers and phones, etc.
– Troubleshooting and maintenance of hardware and software
– Technical Operation Support in both English.
– PC setup (Windows OS installation, etc.)
– Response to queries either in person or over the phone/email.
b) Documentation for technical support
– User manuals (revise/update)
– FAQ update
4. Required experience/knowledge
– 3+ years of experience in PC technical support.
– Knowledge in Windows 7 and Windows 10
– Knowledge in Active Directory function: adding users, password reset, etc.
– Knowledge in Antivirus software and its operation for corporate use (Symantec, etc.)
– Documentation using MS Word and Powerpoint, and Excel.
5. Preferred experience/knowledge
– Experience in using ticket systems.
