The COMPANY is looking for a skilled problem solver to join the team as a customer service representative. We
need an enthusiastic team worker who can listen to customer’s issues and then offer a solution to each problem.
Being able to communicate and work with the team is the key for this position. The successful candidate will also
have an administrative skill in our property management and account management services that can be critical in
◆Job Details & Responsibilities
*Answers incoming customer communication regarding problems with properties, service questions, billing issues,
and general concerns
*Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customer and team member and working to
establish a positive rapport
*Make arrangements and schedule appointments for customer with vender
*Update the database during and after each call and report to and share with team members as needed
*Basically working from home with few exceptions for training and making routine stops unless COVID-19 pandemic
*Sometimes need to go outside for errands, appointments and making routine stops at office and properties.
◆Language proficiency: business level in Japanese and English
