Job Description:
1. Operation and Maintenance at 24/7/365 Network Operation Center
2. Dealing with other carrier
3. Customer Support
4. Submarine Cable system operation
5. Installing equipment and cable
6. Manage colocation service in data center.
7. Office work
Qualification / Requirements:
1. Must be bilingual in Japanese and in English
2. Basic PC skills (Microsoft OS, Word, Excel, etc)
3. Shift position including night shift and weekends (Rotation)
4. Must have legal work authorization

2. Are you able to work night shifts and weekends and major holiday?
Other Information:
Salary Range:$35,000/ year, Full-time Non-Exempt position
Regular hours: 9:00~17:00(introductory period)
7:00~15:00(5days /week, rotation)
15:00~23:00(5days /week, rotation)
23:00~7:00(5days /week, rotation)
Start Date: Immediately (introductory period during initial 3 months)
