THECOMPANY is looking for Media Sales/Marketing Coordinator for its New York office. THE COMPANY US team is focused on accommodating needs of corporations, academia, and government institutions who seek Asian economy, finance, and political news.
As one of the contact persons between the business and clients (B2B), the Sales/Marketing Coordinator role will be supporting the team for increasing THE COMPANY’s revenue by: providing clients with customer support, maintaining good relationship with them, prospecting clients, offering prospects a free trial, booking appointments with prospects and clients, and gathering testimonial/evidence for proposals. The position will be expected to be comfortable with making calls, sending emails, and meeting prospects as well as clients when necessary. As a member of THE COMPANY US team, you will be working with and assisting your team members and supervisor. You will have an opportunity to attend various seminars and events to expand the business network for the future growth of the company. We conduct an annual performance review so that our employees can grow with the company and will have a clear career view.

• $45,000-$50,000
• Additional compensation (bonus)

Support the team for providing clients (B2B) with excellent customer support and increasing corporate subscribers in the Americas through sales outreach and promotion by conducting the activities below:

• Monitor existing customers and answer any inquires and requests as needed
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and if possible, making recommendations to the management
• Issue invoices and if necessary receipts and send them to customers
• Provide customers with professional after-sales support to enhance their engagement and increase retention
• Research prospective market and contact potential budget holders & decision makers through emails and calls
• Gather testimonial/evidence for proposals
• Keep the management informed by submitting activity reports, such as daily activity reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
• Present information about company offerings during trade shows or other large events to potential customers
• Support the vice president of the department
• Provide the team with general secretarial backup
• Enter account receivables data to the accounting software, and issue and submit payment vouchers

<Educational and Experience: >
• Bachelor’s degree
• Two to three years or more of professional related experience in marketing and sales, or a related field
• Or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge and abilities to do the job
