◆Position Title:Marketing Manager (Admissions)
◆FLSA Status:Exempt (no overtime pay)
◆Regular Work Hours:9-5pm from Mon-Fri in general, occasional weekend duties
◆Salary:$68K-75K per year plus signing bonus
＜Responsibilities: ＞
• Conduct analysis on past, current and potential customers (students and parents)
• Conduct market research in Japan/US
• Maintain the admissions portal account to collect applicants’ and new students’ data
• Provide presentation materials to the Admission Committee and senior management members
• Implement promotional and admissions events in Tokyo, NY and other places as needed, including in-person entrance examinations, explanatory meetings, open house, and other industry events
• Collaborate with PR department regarding SNS activities, creation of brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials including Keio gimmicks
• Support senior managements’ business trips in relation to admissions activities
• Take on other projects and responsibilities as assigned by Business Officer
＜Requirements:＞
• At least a few years of marketing or sales experience in business environment
• Japanese (native level) and English (business level) bilingual
• Be able to travel as needed (domestic/international)
• Strong analytical skills
• Advance excel and power point skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing, or equivalent working experience; Master’s degree preferred
