＜Responsibilities＞
This position is responsible for ensuring an outstanding level of ERP user support for day-to-day technical or operational issues and demonstrates a baseline working knowledge of in-depth and routine work applications. Acts as a resource to other ERP user support specialists.

＜Knowledge and Skills ＞
• Required:
o 1+ years of experience in the ERP and related application support.
o Basic understanding of the business procedure of Sales, Purchase and Financial.
o Basic understanding of SAP, Microsoft Dynamics GP or any other ERP system.
• Preferred:
o Japanese language skill.
＜Relevant Experience and Education ＞
• Education/Training:
o Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of ERP or related application Support Experience is required.
• Licenses or certifications required, if any:
o Professional certifications as appropriate.
