Jr. Sales Representative, Sales & Marketing
[Description of Responsibilities]
Effectively increases and maximizes sales revenue and profit of network & system solutions and system integration.
Prepares written presentations, proposal, reports and process quotations to customers.
Plans, coordinates and implements the sales of products and services with Network Operation & Engineering and System Integration department.
Assists post-sales, provisioning staff to start up services for customers.
Finds and responds in a timely and effective manner to competitive and market opportunities as well as communications from existing and potential customers.
Prepares and reviews assigned account information and entries information for monthly invoices on internal system as a part of closing process.
Prepares sales promotional materials.
Maintains industry / market expertise.
Undertakes market research.
Makes sales calls, developing the territory, and providing proposals, bids and other projects information to potential customers and influencers.
Implements sales promotional activities, including visiting & making phone-call to potential customers.
Contacts existing customers to find out their needs and possibilities of expansion of business opportunities
This position reports to Manager and General Manager, Sales & Marketing department. The other person will be designated by President & CEO if necessary.
Bilingual English – Japanese
Experience of IT sales is not mandatory. Required min 1-2 years’ experience of outside sales.
