<Summary of Duties:>
• Provide advice and assistance to the help desk team as a leader
• Provide end-user support by email, phone, or in-person onsite
• Setup and troubleshoot business software and hardware
• Process assigned service requests as operational support
• Participate in regional and global IT projects

<Job Specifications/ Qualifications >
• Over 5 years of user support and small team lead experience (up to five members)
• Windows-based LAN/WAN/Remote Access support experience
• Extensive knowledge of various business software; Windows OS, Office365, Adobe Acrobat, WebEx
• Manage and troubleshooting experience of; iOS-based devices, Conference System, MS Surface, and HP laptop
