<Position Summary>
THE COMPANY is a commercial sushi robot manufacturer supplying equipment to food service businesses and
academic institutions around the world. By utilizing existing technology from Audio-Technica, a Japanese
audio equipment manufacturer, THE COMPANY was born and has continued to grow with the expansion of the
sushi industry. Our goal is to support the creativity of chefs at all levels and provide tools for businesses to
serve high-quality sushi at a lower operational cost.

THE COMPANY is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager for our New York location to further the company’s
new vision, You Be Creative, We Do the Rest. The ideal candidate will spearhead the company’s digital
marketing initiatives to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all
digital channels. They will work closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure that initiatives are
effectively implemented, tracked, and reported on.

<Digital Marketing Manager Primary Responsibilities:>
Develop digital marketing strategy inline with the company’s goals by studying economic indicators,
tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and
monitoring the competition through the following methods but not limited to:

★Digital Advertising★
● Analyze past campaigns and create strategic roadmap for customer acquisition and brand
awareness with KPI goals of Spend, ROI, CPAs.
● Develop and execute on the overall paid media strategy:
○ PPC
○ Display Advertising
○ Retargeting
○ Paid Social
○ Test new channels to for acquisition & awareness
● Track the latest trends in social media advertising formats, channels and technologies in order to
improve campaign performance and identify new channels for testing
● Ownership of strategy, tracking/measurement, reporting, testing and optimization of all channels
● Achieve brand goals at an efficient cost by proactively identifying and taking action on channel
optimization and growth opportunities.

★Email Marketing★
● Using our CRM, strategize customer retention and LTV maximization with accountability on KPI
goals: demo requests, purchase, repurchase.
● Develop, own, and execute strategies for retention and engagement
● Work with Sales and Marketing team to identify opportunities
● Work with Sales and Marketing Team to strategically build, maintain and nurture email marketing
database
● Own strategy, tracking/measurement, reporting, testing and optimization of all campaign

★Website★
● Marketing website maintenance
○ Work with website developer for any design updates
○ Work with website developer to maintain T&Cs, Privacy Policy & Cookie Policy pages
○ Work with website developer for data privacy requirements
● Work with website developer to create landing pages for digital advertising campaigns
● Maintain & optimize SEO
● Track, analyze, and report on website performance

★Social Media Management★
● Work closely with social media manager and marketing team to develop and strategize all
content for THE COMPANY ’s social platforms: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Linkedin
● Work closely with social media manager to grow THE COMPANY ’s social platforms.
● Work with social media manager to create paid and organic social captions and messaging.
● Work with Marketing Team and Social Media Manager for content assets.
● Monitor and report insights across all platforms

★Other Duties:★
● Maintain and manage the company’s CRM system through Netsuite
● Support other THE COMPANY business activities from a marketing standpoint such as but not limited
to:
○ Photo and Video Shoots
○ Events and Trade Shows

<Desired qualifications, skills and experience>
● 3 years performance based digital marketing experience
● Experience in digital media buying role
● SEO/SEM experience
● Netsuite experience strongly preferred
● MailChimp experience strongly preferred
● Knowledge in Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager
● Self-motivated with a strong drive to increase revenue and grow campaigns
● Able to interpret test results to make data-driven decisions
● Proven ability to collaborate cross functionally within a dynamic, fast-moving organization
● Creative problem-solving capabilities
● Lifelong learner, interested in continuous personal improvement and growth opportunities
● Driven to learn new technologies and keep up with industry trends
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment
● Flexible and able to multitask multiple responsibilities
● Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, and influencing skills
● Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business or related field

<Willingness to travel:>
