◆Position Description: Working on site at their client’s office.
The main job is to support the customer procurement and manage the vending machines operation.
◆Job Responsibilities: Customer Support:
Obtaining and responding to quotes according to customer requirements via phone and email.
Delivery date management of ordered products and shipping schedule sharing when the customer requests it.
Support compliance to quality and work, if needed, with the customer service and procurement teams on quality claims
Support maintenance of some product databases, website contents, and catalog product information for accuracy and changes
◆Vending machine management:
Operation management of vending machines (Inventory quantity management and replenishment)
Addition and rearrangement of vending machines products for customer request
Maintenance the databases of vending machine, and provide the usage data to the customer depends on customer requests
Proficient knowledge of, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc).
Business working experience by email.
Communication skills in Japanese and English (daily level writing and conversation skills).
It is desirable to be able to work from 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday.
It is desirable to have sales experience in the past
