◆Position Description: Working on site at their client’s office.
The main job is to support the customer procurement and manage the vending machines operation.

◆Job Responsibilities: Customer Support:
 Obtaining and responding to quotes according to customer requirements via phone and email.
 Delivery date management of ordered products and shipping schedule sharing when the customer requests it.
 Support compliance to quality and work, if needed, with the customer service and procurement teams on quality claims
 Support maintenance of some product databases, website contents, and catalog product information for accuracy and changes

◆Vending machine management:
 Operation management of vending machines (Inventory quantity management and replenishment)
 Addition and rearrangement of vending machines products for customer request
 Maintenance the databases of vending machine, and provide the usage data to the customer depends on customer requests

◆Competency Requirements:
 Proficient knowledge of, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc).
 Business working experience by email.
 Communication skills in Japanese and English (daily level writing and conversation skills).
 It is desirable to be able to work from 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday.
 It is desirable to have sales experience in the past
