<General Summary>
This position is responsible for supporting the sales and marketing functions, processing orders, maintaining sales data, and coordinating logistics.

Coordinate Schedule and Delivery with Brokers, Customers, and Freight Forwarders

<Experience/Minimum Qualifications Needed>
■Language Skills■

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents, forms, and instructions in English and Japanese.

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals in English and Japanese.

Ability to effectively respond to questions from Management, Staff, Clients, and the general public in English and Japanese

Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to individual and groups in English and Japanese.

Ability to effectively deliver presentations to Managers, Staff, Clients, and the general public in English and Japanese.

■Mathematical Skills■

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.

■Computer Skills■

Ability to use a computer and such applications as Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and be
able to design customer reports as necessary.
