◆Title： Bilingual Data Migration Analyst

As a part of the project member for Lease system replacement, the Data Migration Analyst will be responsible to manage data migration tasks in the project and to analyze data migration procedures in the project.
◆Role and Responsibilities:
As a data migration analyst, specifically the following tasks are assumed.
・Support to create data migration plan and policy based on PMO’s instruction
・Confirm progress, issues, and risks based on the plan and escalate to PMO
・Promote delayed tasks and issues
・Facilitate communications related to migration tasks with stakeholders
・Analyze data migration tasks and propose improvements
・Support data verification tasks
・Capturing meeting notes
◆Desired Qualifications:
• Experience in Lease industry system replacement project • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional partners and senior leaders • Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
◆Language Requirements: Japanese and English
◆Term：8/23/2021-10/31/2022（6 months might be extended based on performance)
◆Location: New York (mainly remote work ：EST time)
◆Work hour: 9:00am-6:00pm
