An IT consulting firm is seeking an accounting and administration staff for their NYC office. The person
reports directly to Senior Manager and work with other staff as a team.
Responsibility will include, but not limited to, the following:
AP, AR, PPE, banking/cash management, revenue, cost, expense, accruals, monthly/quarterly/annual
accounting report and analysis, annual basic financial statements, coordinate audits, and use of SAP and
other ERP systems
Regulatory filings, tax provisions, and business tax applications
Office management, procurement operations, invoicing, vendor/customer controls, and document
Bachelor’s degree required. Major in Accounting, Taxation, or Management Information Systems a plus.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong verbal and written
communication skills, desire to learn, willingness to improve, flexibility to changes, ability to prioritize
multi‐task operations and complete multiple missions in a fast‐paced work environment, highly
organized and detail‐oriented, collaborative team player, and proven ability to maintain confidentiality
Basic US‐GAAP or IFRS and basic corporate taxations
3 years of progressive US‐GAAP or IFRS based accounting practice; or 3 years of ERP‐related information
technology practice; or 2 years in internal or external audit experience desired.

Ideally the person will have the following additional skills and experience:
Multi‐lingual, multi‐cultural skills. Experience at Japanese companies a plus. Native level
Japanese language skill a big plus.
Knowledge and experience of information technology consulting a plus
Cost accounting and analysis experience a plus
Professional certifications a plus
