This position is an account manager for USPS and Canada post.
This position establishes and maintains working relationship with key local and national USPS and Canada post personnel to strengthen partnerships and alliances to lead for new postal sales opportunity to increase the revenues.
Sales activities and develop sales strategies and policies.
Monitor compliance of postal industry Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) requirements.
Monitor/analyze postal payments and claim processes.
Coordinate station activities and collaborate with multi-functional departments and agencies to ensure essential needs are met for safe, efficient, on-time operation.
At least 5 years of extensive Airlines Cargo & Mail experience required.
Excellent Customer services and communication skills (Written/ Verbal).
Excellent organization skills.
Ability to work variable hours, flexible shifts, including holidays and weekends.
Ability to work under demanding operational conditions. = Ability to organize and perform multiple assignments in a high stress environment.
Strong analytical thinking, decision making and problem solving abilities. = Ability to interact, communicate and maintain relationships with internal/external customers, cross departments, and government agencies in all levels of management and staff.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite Products-Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point and Access.
Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
Has USPS Security Clearance or the ability to obtain USPS Security Clearances-USPS has a 5 years United States residency requirement.
Must have valid driver’s license.
Must be able to pass a TSA and US Customs background checks.
College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
IATA Dangerous Goods Certification preferred.
Knowledge of claim processes preferred.
Sales experiences preferred.
