Position: Sales Assistant/Recruiter
＜Salary:＞
$60,000-$70,000/year (depends on the skill and experience)）
Hybrid position(NYC)
The company is looking for a Japanese and English speaking person to join the growing Japanese IT company located in NYC.
The company has a head office in Tokyo, we are actively looking for the candidates who can assist our business expansion and who are motivated to join us.

＜Job Description:＞
Recruiting the candidates for the open IT roles, interview, managing the candidate data
Updating the website contents with the latest updates for recruiting
Assist and support the sales and marketing manager on a daily basis
Coordinate contract details with clients, conclude contracts, and coordinate possible extension of the contracts
Provide recruiting support (searching for and interviewing candidates based on the customer proposals)
Attend daily 30 minutes online meetings
＜Job Requirement:＞
Japanese/English bilingual – MUST
Recruiting experience – MUST (IT recruiting experience is a huge plus)
IT knowledge/experience – PREFERRED
IT sales or related experience is preferred – PREFERRED
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills – MUST
The ability to work independently – MUST
Ability to search and interview personnel with skills and backgrounds that meet customer needs
Strong PC skills in Japanese and English – MUST
*The experience with working for staffing companies as recruiters is a big plus
* The experience with working for IT company in sales or development etc. is a big plus
