THE COMPANY DX team provides our customers with DX consulting and engineering services.
As a DX Consultant, you will collaborate with customers, consultants and software engineers to design,
develop and maintain software applications.

● Reports To: Manager of DX Consulting and Engineering
＜Roles:＞
We are seeking a results-driven DX Consultant to guide customers through their digital evolution. This role is responsible for assessing current business processes, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing innovative digital solutions to drive efficiency, growth, and competitive advantage.
Responsibilities:
● Analyze client business models, operations, and challenges to develop tailored digital transformation strategies.
● Lead assessments of existing IT systems and recommend upgrades or replacements that align with business objectives.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end digital solutions (e.g., CRM, ERP, cloud adoption, automation).
● Identify and introduce emerging technologies (AI, IoT, RPA, analytics, etc.) to enhance performance and customer experience.
● Manage change initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, training, and communication planning.
● Define KPIs and success metrics to track transformation outcomes and provide continuous improvement recommendations.
● Support clients through agile transformation methodologies and digital maturity assessments.
● Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and presentations for both technical and executive audiences.
＜Required skills: ＞
● Language: English (Business level) and Japanese (Business level)
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
● 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, management consulting, or IT strategy.
● Strong understanding of digital technologies and business process redesign.
● Experience with enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics), cloud infrastructure, and data analytics tools.
● Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
● Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
● Certifications such as PMP, Prosci, TOGAF, or Agile/Scrum are a plus
