<Key Responsibilities:>
•
This position will be responsible for System Implementation and Operational Support for a Japanese Bank in the U.S.
•
Solving software requirements by analyzing, creating, designing, modifying, and maintaining Application Systems to meet user needs
•
Contributing to Team Effort and communicate with related parties in both the U.S. and Japan.
•
Help Desk support (Tier 1 – Tier 2)
<The right candidate will possess:>
•
Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
•
Business knowledge of banking industry, as well as development skills and experience in the banking industry

Previous Help Desk support experience
<Skills & Qualifications:>
•
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•
Minimum of 5 years of experience with system application implementation
•
Analytical skills with regards to requirements analysis, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
•
Intermediate ability to read and write SQL is absolutely required
•
Bilingual in both English and Japanese (Native-level English is expected; Business-level Japanese is acceptable)
•
Excel and Access skills.
<Salary Range:>
• 77K –94K
