human resources consulting company providing service to Japanese companies nationwide, is looking for Human Resources Consultant who can provide a service mainly in the Midwest area.
This is a remote work position, however, the position may be required to travel locally or domestically to visit customers. The assigned regions are midwest area and TX.
＜Basic Job Dimensions＞
• Human resources consulting
• Human resources regulation, labor regulation research
• Human resources related statistics research
• Consultation, document development and/or research of daily human resources matters of customers
• Human Resources documents/systems development:
• Employee handbook
• Job descriptions
• Salary structures
• Performance appraisal programs
• Human resources onsite administration work
• Administrative assistant work may be required at the customer site
Followings are not required, but “plus” experiences.
• Providing HR-related training, such as sexual harassment prevention training.
• Handle employment termination including document development and managing exit interviews.
• Experiences of payroll, 401k and insurance administration
＜Required Working Experiences＞
• At least 3 to 5 years working experience at the human resources department.
• HR manager experiences are desirable.
• Japanese English speaking skill, Collage Level
• Writing English & Japanese, BA/BS level
• Strong interpersonal skill
• Good business judgment
• Math Skill, High school level
• Frequent domestic travel
• Flexible business hours, however, the night and/or weekend work may be required as needed
• Onsite work at customer site
· Basic personal computer skills, MS Office
