日系大手不動産企業にて正社員のポジション募集
これまでご経験がない方であれば、
最初の数カ月Manhattan Residential After Care Teamの一員として勤務していただき、
不動産またはリロケーション事業について学んでいただくことになります。
最初の数カ月（期間は候補者による）はNon-exempt $45K よりスタート。
New York Real Estate Sales Person License を取得後、Agent として勤務できるような状況になれば
その際Outside Sales Exempt 職 $48K に検討。
※Real Estate Sales Person としての経験がある方であれば、上記以上の給与も検討可。
お客様のスケジュールによっては、祝日・土日（週末）に勤務していただくこともあります。
New York Real Estate Sales Person License を近い将来取得いただく必要があるポジションです。
Real Estate Sales Person License 取得にかかる費用は基本的に会社が負担いたします。

＜Overview＞
The relocation consultant will be responsible for assisting a client for house hunting
＜Job Details & Responsibilities＞
– Consult with clients on how to find their home
– Take clients on property tours
– Review contract and negotiate contract with landlords
– Assist clients In completing transactions
– Attend clients’ moving in their property
– Conduct troubleshooting
＜Requirements＞
Microsoft skills such as excel, word and power point,- strong communication skills-self motivation and drive
