Title: Accounting Assistant Manager
Location: New York, NY
Job Description
1. Assist in monthly closing
2. Enter necessary journal entries on an accounting system
3. Perform fixed asset management
4. Perform Accounting system master maintenance
5. Assist in accounts payable process such as making payments for invoices
6. Assist in accounts receivable process such as issuing invoices and applying cash receipts
7. Prepare documentation in auditing
8. Filing of various accounting documents
9. Other projects will be assigned as needed
Qualification
1. Undergraduate accounting major preferred
2. At least 2 years accounting experience
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
4. Bilingual in English and Japanese preferred
5. Calendar management to complete jobs
6. Good communication and coordination skills
Other Information
1. Salary Range: $35,000 ~ 40,000
2. Regular Hours: Mon-Fri 9:00am – 5:00pm
3. Start Date: Immediately (introductory period during initial 3months)
